PB 15:3 is a stable beta form of phthalocyanine blue with excellent resistance to heat, aromatic solvents, light, and weather. It has a greenish-blue tone that makes it perfect for printing inks, especially process inks. The pigment comes in both reddish-blue and greener-blue forms. It’s commonly used in various applications, including air-drying and stoving industrial paints, water-based paints, textile printing, dyeing synthetic fibers, and plastics up to 280°C.
