Plastics & Rubber, paint, Ink, and Textile industries

Phthalocyanine and Ultramarine Blue pigments are go-to choices in many industries because of their vibrant colours, stability, and versatility. Phthalocyanine pigments are popular in plastics, paints, inks, and rubber, offering great resistance to light and heat. Ultramarine pigments, with their non-toxic properties, reddish shade, and brilliant blue hue, are used in everything from plastics and coatings to cosmetics, cement, and textiles.

Both pigments are known for their high performance, making them perfect for industries that need reliable, long-lasting colour.

Our industries Areas

Plastics & Rubber Industries

These pigments are known for their exceptional heat stability and chemical resistance, making them a great fit for a variety of polymers, including polyolefins, PS, PBT, PET, ABS, nylon, PVC, fibres, and EVA/rubber.

Phthalocyanine pigments are widely used for colouring plastics because they offer excellent heat resistance, migration resistance, and colour qualities like lightfastness and strong chemical resistance. Ultramarine pigments are also popular for colouring plastics since they can handle higher processing temperatures without warping, maintain dimensional stability, and resist migration. They are often used for white correction, providing a superior whitening effect, and for enhancing grey and black plastics with a blue undertone.

Paint Industries

TBC provides a full range of phthalocyanine pigments for both water-based and solvent-based coatings. These pigments offer high tinting strength, excellent lightfastness, and weather resistance, ensuring vibrant, durable colors and a smooth application.

TBC's ultramarines also feature enhanced acid and weather fastness with higher tinting strength, ideal for liquid decorative paints, powder coatings, and industrial applications.

Ink Industries

TBC provides a complete range of Phthalocyanine pigments designed for both liquid and paste inks. Our pigments are renowned for their vibrant color strength, outstanding gloss, and smooth flow, delivering bright, stable, and transparent shades. They offer superior performance and consistency, making them ideal for diverse printing applications, including solvent-based and water-based inks, flexographic, gravure (publication and packaging), metal deco, and offset printing.
